Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Recruiter (Fixed-Term) to identify, assess, and hire candidates for corporate roles across multiple Blue Origin functions. You will source, screen, interview, and partner with hiring managers to understand role profiles and build robust pipelines that support our mission.

You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to drive high-quality hires, while managing candidate experience and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of Recruiting experience within Corporate environment.
• Strong professional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels.
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies.
• Screen and interview candidates; coach and develop other Talent Acquisition team members.
• Partner with hiring managers and business unit leaders on scoping discussions and candidate debriefs.
