Job summary

Moonshot is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles. You will build top-of-funnel pipelines, source candidates, and guide them from first contact through onboarding in a fast-growing environment.

You’ll partner with hiring managers across engineering, manufacturing, and operations, using Greenhouse to track progress and optimize sourcing strategies. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, agency or in-house, with full-cycle ownership from sourcing through offer.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, IT, or manufacturing roles strongly preferred.
• Experience sourcing in a high-volume or high-growth hiring environment preferred.
• Proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other channels to build candidate pipelines from scratch.
• ATS fluency; strong experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Clear, confident communication with candidates from early-career to senior technical hires.
• Relationship-building across functions to gather context beyond job descriptions.
• Ability to run multiple searches, coordinate interview loops, and drive candidates from first contact to onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and pipeline generation for open requisitions using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Candidate outreach and engagement to passive candidates and applicants.
• Coordinate initial and panel interviews with hiring managers and calibrate role requirements.
• Own candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Build cross-functional relationships to understand hiring needs across teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and stage progression in the ATS.
• Develop direct-sourcing capability to reduce reliance on external help.
