Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of direct talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM tools, and recruitment marketing platforms.
• Proven success actively sourcing passive tech/engineering candidates across multiple platforms and channels.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret recruitment data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to build and execute sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates’ technical qualifications.
• Oversee interview scheduling and candidate communications; support onboarding transition.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities.
• Track recruiting metrics to optimize pipeline and meet deliverables.
• Represent Qcells in the market to strengthen employer brand and candidate experience.
• Stay current on talent acquisition trends and employment laws.
