Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in electronics, electrical technology, or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer technical needs and guide troubleshooting, documenting cases clearly.
• Maintain knowledge of AMETEK Power Quality Solutions products and services.
• Coordinate field service activities between customers and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for preventative maintenance and on-site services.
• Process service and battery replacement orders.
