Job summary

Brivo is seeking a high-volume Technical Support specialist based in Bethesda, MD. Shift: Mon–Fri 8:00 am–5:00 pm CST with occasional overtime; compensation: $19/hour.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and basic networking/Linux knowledge, and participates in on-site operations at our Bethesda office. Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues to both technical and nontechnical people.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with hardware/software and networking basics.
• Experience with Linux preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via chat, phone, and email.
• Manage multiple cases using Zoho Desk.
• Support Inside Sales and Sales Engineering teams.
• Test and evaluate new technologies.
• Develop camera support files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
