Job summary

Brivo is seeking a high-volume Technical Support Specialist for our Austin, TX headquarters. This on-site role handles multi-channel support (chat, phone, email) and requires a foundational understanding of electronics, networking, and hands-on problem solving, with occasional overtime on Saturdays and holidays.

You will work with Inside Sales and Sales Engineering teams, test and evaluate new technologies, and develop camera support files while managing multiple cases in Zoho Desk.

This position is based at our Austin, TX headquarters. The available shifts are Monday through Friday with the opportunity for occasional overtime on Saturdays and Holidays.
