Job summary

Contiweb is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers and field service technicians, helping to diagnose and resolve complex issues to keep equipment up and running.

Based at our Gonic, NH facility, you’ll collaborate with Service, Engineering, Parts, and Field Service teams in the US and NL and participate in an on-call rotation to support customers outside regular hours.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical support, service coordination, field service, or a similar technical role.
• Experience with industrial machinery, printing equipment, or capital equipment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured approach to problem solving.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, technical documentation, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and field service technicians via phone and email.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using technical documentation, diagrams, and customer information.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Coordinate field service schedules and provide logistical support.
• Maintain accurate records of support cases, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support customers outside regular business hours.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and sharing solutions with the team.

No two days are the same. As a Technical Support Specialist at Contiweb, you are the first point of contact for customers and field service technicians seeking technical support. You thrive on solving complex technical issues, identifying root causes, and helping customers get their equipment back up and running as quickly as possible.

Working from our facility in Gonic, NH, you'll support a wide range of equipment and systems, collaborating closely with Service, Engineering, Parts, and Field Service teams in US and NL. Whether you're interpreting technical drawings, assisting a technician in the field, or coordinating service activities, your technical expertise and customer focus make a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

Working within our EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) environment, you'll be empowered to take ownership, collaborate across functions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products, services, and customer support processes. You will report to de Service Manager.

What you bring to the table
