Job summary

FAAC Group in Rockledge, FL is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone and email, guiding them through installation, configuration, diagnostics, and resolution of product concerns.

You will perform in-house diagnostic and repair services on Magnetic-branded operators, components, and accessories, identify recurring issues, and provide feedback to QA and R&D for product quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with mechanics, power tools, and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on Magnetic-branded products' mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Test and validate product performance.
• Initiate and manage the RMA process for returns and repairs.
• Provide product support via phone and email.
• Assist customer installation and configuration of operators and accessories.
• Answer technical questions and service requests for the sales team.
• Mentor and train new hires as needed.
