Job summary

FAAC Spa in Rockledge, FL is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver outstanding technical assistance to customers by phone and email, troubleshoot product issues, and guide installations, configurations, and diagnostics for Magnetic-branded products.

You will perform in-house diagnostics and repairs, validate performance, manage RMAs, support the sales team with technical questions, and assist with mentoring new hires to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with mechanics and power tools.
• Troubleshooting electrical, electronic and mechanical systems.
• Experience with repair procedures including meters, supplies, soldering.
• Ability to extract and apply information from manuals and datasheets.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Magnetic-branded product lines’ electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Test product performance and validate operation.
• Initiate and manage the RMA process for returns and repairs.
• Provide product support via phone and email.
• Assist installation and configuration of operators and accessories.
• Answer technical questions for the sales team.
• Mentor and train new hires.
