Job summary
Lutron Electronics in Center Valley, PA is seeking dedicated individuals for DIY and PRO Technical Support roles at our Annex office. You will deliver technical assistance to a wide range of customers, helping them maximize the value of lighting and shading solutions.
You will diagnose issues, resolve complex problems, and collaborate with engineering to drive improvements while delivering calm, reliable support and outstanding customer experiences.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year customer-facing experience required; prior troubleshooting experience a plus.
- Must live within commutable distance of Center Valley, PA to accommodate in-office schedule.
- Willingness and ability to work 12 to 16 weekend shifts per year.
Responsibilities
- DIY Team: Serve as a trusted advisor on product education, selection and compatibility.
- DIY Team: Build strong customer relationships through clear, confident communication.
- DIY Team: Provide calm, reliable support to customers navigating technical challenges.
- Pro Team: Diagnose and resolve complex product issues using technical expertise.
- Pro Team: Support residential and commercial installations with electrical systems and networking.
- Pro Team: Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to share insights.
