You will assist a range of customers, from retail users to residential and commercial clients, helping them maximize Lutron lighting and shading solutions. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year customer facing experience required; prior troubleshooting experience a plus.
• Must live within commutable distance of Center Valley, PA to accommodate in-office schedule.
• Willingness and ability to work 12 to 16 weekend shifts per year.

Responsibilities

• DIY Team: Serve as a trusted advisor on product education, selection and compatibility; build strong customer relationships; provide calm, reliable support.
• Pro Team: Diagnose and resolve complex product issues; support residential and commercial installations; collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
• Overall: Act as the voice of the customer; think creatively and strategically; uphold our position as an industry leader.
