The role requires strong communication, a passion for technology, and the ability to work full-time in an office environment. Prior experience with access control or security systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inbound dealer support via calls, chat, and email with first contact resolution.
• Diagnose hardware, networking, and software issues for dealers and users, document notes, report defects.
• Authorize and process RMAs following company guidelines.
• Document notes in Salesforce and keep knowledge articles up to date.
