As we grow, we’re looking for a proactive and reliable Remote Technical Support Specialist to ensure our staff have the technical tools and support needed to provide seamless healthcare services.

Position Summary:

We are urgently hiring a Remote Technical Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for our medical staff, administrative users, and remote teams. This role is vital for ensuring minimal downtime of critical systems and maintaining HIPAA-compliant IT operations across our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Support Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, scheduling systems, and telehealth tools.
  • Monitor support ticket queue and respond to issues within SLA timelines.
  • Assist in setup and configuration of workstations, VPNs, printers, and VoIP phones.
  • Work closely with clinical staff to understand and resolve user issues.
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-tier support or vendors as needed.
  • Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base.
  • Ensure all support activities comply with HIPAA and security policies.
