Qualifications

• Active listening and accurate note-taking of customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and manage 30–40 daily calls per team member.
• Listen actively and document customer issues with detailed notes.
• Execute seamless, warm hand-offs of issues to Tech Support with context.
• Direct misrouted or non-technical calls to the appropriate departments.
• Provide a professional and welcoming first impression to callers.
