Job summary

Brivo is seeking a high-volume Technical Support specialist at our Austin, TX headquarters. This call-center based role handles multi-channel requests (chat, phone, email) and supports Inside Sales and Sales Engineering teams.

Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm CST with occasional overtime on Saturdays and Holidays. You should have at least two years of relevant experience, intermediate networking and Linux knowledge, and excellent communication skills to translate technical issues to nontechnical

The available shifts are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST with the opportunity for occasional overtime on Saturdays and Holidays.
