Job summary

Brivo is seeking a high-volume Technical Support specialist at our Austin, TX headquarters. This call-center based role handles multi-channel requests (chat, phone, email) and supports Inside Sales and Sales Engineering teams.

Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm CST with occasional overtime on Saturdays and Holidays. You should have at least two years of relevant experience, intermediate networking and Linux knowledge, and excellent communication skills to translate technical issues to nontechnical

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Accepting support requests from several channels (chat, phone, email).
• Effective management of multiple cases using the Zoho Desk ticketing system.
• Providing support to the Inside Sales and Sales Engineering Teams.
• Testing and evaluating new technologies.
• Developing camera support files.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
