RRD is seeking a City Office Technical Support Supervisor in a hybrid role. You will oversee a team of nine technicians across eight offices in the United States and coordinate with the Kansas City team to deploy new technology and support projects.

Excellent writing and communication skills are essential for success. The role requires leadership experience in a large, decentralized IT support group, travel up to 30%, and prior law firm exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelors Degree preferred.
• 4 Years of Management or relevant experience Required.
• Five years of technical support Required.
• Strong Team Management skills.

• Ability to travel 30% of the time.

• Prior Law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of the City Office Technical Support team.
• Coordinate activities of nine technicians across eight US offices.
• Serve as single point of contact for end users and liaise with the Kansas City tech team.
• Lead in service delivery, customer relations and project deployment.
• Foster relationships with Office Administrators and ensure timely deliverables.
