You will train staff, manage logistics for modular buildings, and drive process improvements while collaborating with multiple departments to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or related roles.
• Ability to travel 50-75% across the United States, including overnight and multi-state trips.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience training or mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Travel to branches and job sites to provide operational support.
• Coordinate deliveries, installations, relocations, and removals of modular buildings.
• Provide hands-on training and onboarding support for staff.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on company systems and processes.
• Partner with Sales, vendors, customers, and internal teams to coordinate activities.
• Review project details and schedules to ensure readiness and execution.
