Blooio seeks a proactive Technical Support Specialist to help New York-area and East Coast customers get live with Blooio. You will guide onboarding, troubleshoot APIs, webhooks, and integrations, and explain technical fixes in plain language while collaborating with engineering on bugs.

You will create clear documentation and reusable workflows so customers can help themselves. New York City or East Coast preferred, with 170K–200K base plus variable and equity.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support at a software company.
• Comfort troubleshooting APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Strong written communication and ownership in problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Guide onboarding for new customers and assist with setup.
• Troubleshoot messaging, APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Document recurring questions into reusable workflows.
