Bubble is seeking a Technical Product Support Specialist in New York City. You will primarily support users by email, acting as a member of their team and helping them build apps on Bubble.

You will determine whether inquiries are about building on Bubble or reporting platform bugs, then guide users toward solutions. You will host office hours, analyze processes to improve support, and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to scale the operation.

• Recent college graduate with interest in tech startup environments.
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide app-specific support via email, acting as part of user’s team.
• Differentiate between how-to questions and bugs; apply appropriate resolution.
• Host live office hours to unblock early users and share best practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing to improve tools and processes.
• Assist in diagnosing issues and propose AI-assisted fixes when appropriate.
