Job summary

Blooio in New York is seeking a community and events leader to host a monthly Blooio event, showing up where fintech, AI, and hospitality people gather, and helping build the local culture for the team that joins you.

You will run our New York space, manage end-to-end events on a small budget, create short-form video content on your phone, and pass qualified conversations to sales.

Your Role:

You will be Blooio in New York: hosting a monthly Blooio event, showing up where fintech, AI, and hospitality people gather, running our local social presence with short videos of real experiences inside Messages, setting up our New York space, and building the culture for the team that joins you. You will be measured on the qualified conversations you hand to sales, not on attendance.

Qualifications:

You bring:

two to five years in community, events, field marketing, or founder-facing roles, or a community you built yourself; a real network in the city; the ability to produce an event end-to-end on a small budget; good short-form content made on your phone; and disciplined follow-up.

New York, NY, in person. 85K–105K base plus annual bonus and equity.
