Qualifications
- 2+ years of people leadership experience, ideally in technical support.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a technical role.
- Ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly.
Responsibilities
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to Technical Support Engineers.
- Build the team: hire, mentor, and grow networking and security experts.
- Track and define metrics for team performance and continuous improvement.
- Be the authoritative voice of Verkada Support when speaking with customers.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to solve issues.
