ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to analyze and resolve software application issues and to work closely with the Support Manager to ensure correct resolution. You will be energetic, motivated to learn new technologies, and deliver remarkable customer service.

Travel up to 25% is required for this position, and strong communication and follow-through skills are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years minimum in a business IT support role
• 1 or more technical certifications (MCP, MCSE, A+)
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or technical school
