Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical support experience with Windows endpoints.
• Experience with Intune and SCCM for endpoint management.
• Strong English communication and customer-centric mindset.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like Salesforce/ServiceNow/Jira.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to HP’s customers and collaborate with global teams in English.
• Act as primary technical contact for USA customers and ensure high-quality communication.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software/hardware issues.
• Engage with product/engineering teams to drive resolution.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and guides.
