Duravant is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Woodland, California, to provide advanced technical support for optical and x-ray processing equipment. You will serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and coordinate with various teams to resolve customer queries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting industrial or automated equipment.
• Strong electrical and automation troubleshooting background required.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resolution of customer issues across functions.
• Support training of service personnel on equipment operation.
