Job summary

ZEISS is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced support for VERACITY cataract products and other ZEISS instruments. You will troubleshoot complex issues, train customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence.

You will mentor junior specialists, review performance trends, and contribute to service documentation while maintaining high NPS goals. A bachelor's in engineering or sciences and 4+ years' experience are expected.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Engineering or Sciences or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years as a Technical Support Engineer.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Experience with Windows OS and networking setups.

Responsibilities

Train, troubleshoot and educate users about VERACITY and ZEISS cataract products.
Respond to complex technical questions from Field Service Engineers and other stakeholders via phone, email, etc.
Contribute feedback to service documentation.
Review performance trending reports and communicate trends monthly.
Mentor Technical Support Representatives.
Collaborate with product/quality teams to resolve issues.
