Job summary

ADB SAFEGATE is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide first-line phone and email support, and to troubleshoot electrical and computer systems for customers. The role includes on-site office work with 24/7 emergency rotation and training responsibilities.

Ideal candidates hold a EE or EET degree with 2–4 years of field/technical support experience, a valid driver's license, and fluent English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in EE or equivalent (EE/EET) or related experience.
• 2–4 years related experience in technical support or field service.
• 2–4 years of experience as a field technician or similar.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Must pass BCI and FBI background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical customer service by phone and email.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for airfield personnel and contractors.
• Conduct technical training classes for standard products.
• Participate in in-house customer validation testing.
