Job summary

zerohash is seeking a Technical Support Engineer with 3+ years in technical client-facing roles to help ensure smooth digital asset and fiat transactions. You will troubleshoot complex code, collaborate with Engineering on bug fixes, and build internal tools to monitor API health and support efficiency.

You will engage with enterprise clients during incidents, translate technical issues for diverse stakeholders, and contribute to fintech infrastructure capabilities while working in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical client-facing support engineering, solutions engineering, or software development role.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, websockets, and webhooks.
• Ability to write SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from internal databases.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Rust).
• Experience with logging, documentation, ticket tracking, and SLA monitoring tools.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex code and client integrations to identify bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize bugs and client feedback.
• Build internal tools, scripts, and dashboards to improve support efficiency and monitor API health.
• Create alerts, monitors, and runbooks to catch issues early.
• Provide enterprise-level incident support during critical outages.
