Job summary

zerohash is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our Revenue organization and help customers evaluate, integrate, launch, and scale on our platform. This is a highly customer-facing, fully remote role based in the US or Canada.

You will become a subject matter expert on zerohash products and APIs, lead architecture discussions, advise on REST APIs and FIX connectivity, and drive successful integrations from evaluation to production with Sales and Engineering support.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in solutions engineering or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience supporting brokerage, trading, or crypto infrastructure products.
• Experience with FIX-based integrations and APIs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on zerohash products, APIs, trading infrastructure, and integration patterns.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture discussions, and product demonstrations.
• Advise customers on integration best practices across REST APIs, FIX connectivity, and trading workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and help customers accelerate time to production.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
• Partner with Sales and Relationship Managers to drive customer adoption and growth.
