You will support deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of telematics and networking solutions for customers and partners. Ideal candidates have ~2+ years in technical support or field applications engineering, strong TCP/IP knowledge, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000–$85,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and business needs.

This role serves as a critical technical resource for customers, partners, and internal teams, supporting the deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Queclink's telematics, GPS tracking, and networking solutions.
This position is ideal for someone with approximately 2+ years of experience in technical support, field applications engineering, networking, telecommunications, or IoT technologies who enjoys solving problems, working directly with customers, and collaborating with global engineering and product teams.
