Socket Fiber in Columbia, Missouri is seeking a Technical Support Representative I to serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in an in-person call center.

You will assist new user set-ups, contribute to the knowledge base, document issues, and collaborate with Tier II and other departments to deliver fast, accurate solutions. This is a full-time, office-only role in our Columbia call center.

Qualificações

• Proficient with computers and basic software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to handle telephone interactions effectively
• Accurate data entry and recordkeeping
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Answer technical queries from current customers
• Receive training on new technologies or products
• Document and update known problems and solutions, notifying Tier II when applicable
• Interact with all teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
• Act as a backup to the Customer Service inbound phone queue as needed
