Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Demonstrated technical skills and knowledge of Macintosh and PC hardware, servers, peripherals, and software.
- Proven ability to install, configure, and upgrade desktop systems.
- Knowledge of wide area and local networks and the ability to troubleshoot problems.
- Ability to set up and install programs.
- Ability to diagnose problems and determine if they are hardware, software, or network and coordinate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to instruct/train users.
- Server file sharing, Application management, Active Directory
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops and servers.
- Manage application servers and Active Directory.
- Maintain LAN connectivity and campus network integration.
- Support and back up Windows and Unix-based servers.
- Manage Screen Connect remote software.
