Qualifications

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification/experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-spot technical support for ADP products via phone or remote access.
• Assist with product upgrades, maintenance, and diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot, replicate issues and develop solutions; escalate when necessary.
• Serve as SME for browser/web access issues, networks, OS, hardware, and software.
