Oxford Global Resources is hiring an Account Manager to grow our technical consulting business in Columbus. You’ll enter a development program with real training, mentorship, and client relationships from day one, working alongside Senior Account Managers to win business and build trust with clients.

This role is not a support position; it’s the foundation to own a portfolio, drive your pipeline, and steer your career trajectory, with regular travel in the Columbus area.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills that build trust and lasting relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Comfort with CRM and standard sales tools.
• Willing to travel within the Columbus area.

Responsibilities

• Complete Oxford's onboarding and sales training program.
• Learn from Senior Account Managers to coach your growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships.
• Prospect new clients via calls, email, networking, and meetings.
• Run client meetings to uncover hiring needs and pitch solutions.
• Generate new business and expand existing client partnerships.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM.
• Refine skills in Oxford's sales methodology and staffing solutions.
• Meet performance goals and advance your career trajectory.
• Travel regularly throughout the Columbus area to meet clients.
