Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in area of expertise with 2 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree (MS); or 5 years of relevant technical experience.
• Understanding of fundamental concepts in area of expertise.
• Ability to apply sound and diversified knowledge of the principles and practices of the technical area.
• Proven Computer skills appropriate for area of expertise.
• Time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work activities to meet goals and deadlines.
• Ability to deal with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.
• Excellent research and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent technical expertise and guidance in the identification, analysis, and resolution of more complex technical problems.
• Assist in training less experienced technical specialists.
• Effective planning, organizing, scheduling, and monitoring of work activities.
• Complete and accurate highly technical documents such as summary reports, correspondence, specifications, procedures, and statistical analyses.
• Continuous improvement of job-related, technical, and professional knowledge, skills, and performance.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
