Job summary

Samsung SDSA is seeking a seasoned technical sourcing recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for a variety of hard-to-fill IT roles in Plano, TX. You will own sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver a world-class candidate experience.

The role requires at least five years in technical recruiting, experience negotiating offers, and proficiency with modern sourcing tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a strong emphasis on sourcing passive candidates.
Proven work experience in technical recruiting/technical talent acquisition in-house or agency is a must.
Including 2+ years of experience negotiating offers and closing candidates.
Hands-on experience with modern sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms, x-ray, sourcing tools etc.)
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
Bachelor Degree.

Responsibilities

Proactively source and engage passive candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking events, and other creative sourcing methods.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and provide market insights.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, interviewers, and other stakeholders, guiding them on best hiring practices.
Screen candidates effectively to assess technical and cultural fit.
Manage and refine the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
Drive diversity recruiting initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and emerging sourcing techniques.
Manage workflows within our applicant tracking system and update it with all notes and relevant information.
Communicate insights to stakeholders in a compelling manner to influence business decisions.
Independently lead multiple concurrent talent strategy projects.
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
Participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives including but not limited to: internship program, campus recruiting, career fair, and new hire onboarding.
