Job summary

Samsung SDSA in Plano, TX is seeking a technical sourcing recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for a range of IT roles, from sourcing passive candidates to closing offers. You will partner with hiring managers and the IT Talent Acquisition team to build pipelines, improve processes, and deliver a world-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with emphasis on sourcing passive candidates.
• Proven work experience in technical recruiting in-house or agency.
• Including 2+ years of experience negotiating offers and closing candidates.
• Hands-on experience with modern sourcing techniques (e.g. social platforms, boolean searches, sourcing tools).
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and requisitions.
• Strong experience partnering with hiring managers to drive recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and events.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Guide stakeholders on best hiring practices and industry trends.
• Screen candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Manage the ATS to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive diversity recruiting initiatives and report insights.
