Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a driven Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team, focusing on Manufacturing and Supply Chain Engineering Operations. You will lead a small team of sourcers while proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier talent across various hardware manufacturing, assembly, and related engineering disciplines to support our fast-paced, innovative environment.

You will partner closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build pipelines for key production,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years in sourcing or recruiting for manufacturing/hardware roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and strategy.
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced team environment.

• Candidate Engagement: build relationships through tailored messaging to convey impact.
