Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a driven Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team, focusing on Manufacturing and Supply Chain Engineering Operations. You will lead a small team of sourcers, identify candidates across hardware manufacturing and assembly, and partner with recruiters to build pipelines for production engineering roles.

The role requires 6+ years of sourcing experience in high-tech or defense sectors, strong communication, and a data-driven mindset to optimize hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sourcing or recruiting for manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles in high-tech/defense environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders and candidates.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and strategy.
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
• Collaborative team player able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Talent identification across manufacturing, assembly, and hardware engineering domains.
• Engage and nurture passive and active candidates with tailored messaging.
• Lead a small team of sourcers within the production (Manufacturing & Supply Chain) function.
• Build and maintain pipelines for production, manufacturing, and hardware roles.
• Collaborate with recruiters to align sourcing with role requirements and goals.
• Analyze sourcing metrics to refine and optimize workflows.
