Andrenam is seeking a Technical Sourcer to join as the second member of our Talent team in Torrance, CA. The role is a hybrid position with 2–3 days in the office.

You will own outbound sourcing for hardware, software, AI/ML, and other technical roles, building talent maps and search strategies from scratch while partnering with the Talent Lead and hiring managers. Bring proactive, hunt-style sourcing and a passion for building our pipeline from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sourcing experience with a tech focus.
• Experience sourcing for defense, aerospace, hardware, or robotics roles.
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup (Series B or earlier).
• Strong track record generating pipeline for hard-to-fill roles.

Responsabilités

• Own outbound sourcing for hardware, software, AI/ML and technical roles.
• Build talent maps, target company lists, and search strategies from scratch.
• Run creative, high-signal outreach to reach passive candidates.
• Partner with Talent Lead and hiring managers to sharpen candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial outreach and light qualification before handing off pipeline to recruiters.
• Collaborate on employer branding, messaging and campaigns.
• Track top-of-funnel metrics and maintain ATS hygiene.
