Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Sourcer to drive top-of-funnel recruiting for technical roles in autonomy, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineering. You will build pipelines, map talent, and partner with hiring managers to define what excellence looks like for each role.

We value two-plus years of technical sourcing experience, agency exposure, and strong communication. This in-office role emphasizes collaboration with recruiters and a data-driven approach to evolving sourcing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years in technical sourcing at a reputable software company.
Agency experience in sales, recruiting, or sourcing is a plus.
Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
