Job summary

Andrenam is hiring its first in-house recruiter to help build a generational company from the ground up. You’ll work with the founders and technical leads to recruit, close, and onboard top talent across engineering, operations, GTM, and G&A.

This role is hybrid, based in Hawthorne with 2–3 days in the office. You’ve hired for hard‑to‑fill engineering roles, have strong sourcing and assessment skills, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Organized, self-directed, thrives in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across hardware, software, AI/ML, field ops, and generalist roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and attract the right candidates.
• Build and manage top-of-funnel pipelines via sourcing, referrals, and events.
• Shape employer brand and improve recruiting processes for scale.
