Job summary

Fiero Automation is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist in Colorado. You will be the technical backbone for a regional sales team, helping customers with component selection, custom assemblies, and troubleshooting. You’ll build product expertise and nurture relationships with customers, suppliers, and outside sales engineers.

This role rewards technical curiosity, clear communication, and ownership. It’s not a call center; you’ll own issues and drive outcomes with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience; a fluid power, mechanical, or electrical engineering background is a strong plus.
• CAD experience preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years in customer service, technical support, or related field helpful but mindset matters more.

Responsibilities

• Solve technical problems: assist with component selection, custom assemblies, and troubleshooting; support outside sales engineers with quotes and design docs.
• Build and utilize deeper product knowledge of fluid power and Hartfiel core lines; CAD is a plus.
• Own customer relationships: manage orders, returns, delivery timelines, and field technical questions by phone and email.
• Work as a team: collaborate with outside sales, coordinate with suppliers, and occasionally visit customers onsite.
