Job summary

Computype, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Executive to cover Northern California, Washington, Western Canada, and Alaska. This role requires building new business and expanding existing accounts across life sciences and manufacturing sectors.

You will develop strategic territory plans, manage complex customer projects with cross-functional teams, and negotiate terms while delivering compelling proposals. Travel will be frequent, with a focus on exceeding revenue and service goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in life sciences or technical selling environments.
• Travel frequently to customers and across the territory.
• Self-starter with strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Superior presentation, organization and communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand the existing key account base in line with company objectives.
• Identify opportunities for repeatable, consumable-based business within the territory.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal resources to address customer application challenges.
• Develop proposed sales terms and negotiate with customers per guidelines.
• Collaborate with Technical Services and other stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Use market insights to develop and execute a goal-oriented territory plan.
• Maintain accurate reporting of territory activity in Salesforce.
• Prepare RFQ resource requests communicating business needs and value.
• Support annual sales forecasting and communicate updates to Finance and Customer Service.
• Assist in pricing program implementation and annual price changes.
