We are searching for a Remote Data Center Solutions Manager (Technical Solutions Sales Manager) that will be responsible for sales and business development Mission Critical Environment’s Subzero Engineering product line.

Responsibilities
- Directly Develop business in Southeastern States, through meeting with End-Users, Design Build Contractors and Architects as well as through educating and supporting local Dealers/Installers.
- Manage and Support Dealer/Installer network, as well as develop new Dealers and representatives.
- Forecast Sales for the Region utilizing input from regional representatives, dealers, and construction databases.
- Hands On: Able to assist with onsite Technical or Installation Support and onsite inspections
- Create scope of work and specifications to meet customer’s requirements
- Clearly communicate with customers and design team though email, proposals and phone.

Required Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3 to 5 years of direct sales experience, preferably with data centers.Background with EPR systems. Infor is what we are using.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel to support local dealers, educate architects and end-users, visit job sites, and attend training/meetings at corporate offices.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in typing and using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to learn and utilize Salesforce/CRM, Dodge, and CAD viewing programs.
- Trade Shows: Attend regional trade shows as required.
- Residency: Must live within the designated territory.
