Job Title: National Sales Manager

Location: Remote (Florida)

We’re looking for an ambitious sales professional—someone with 2–5 years of hands-on sales experience and a solid foundation in proven sales methodologies—to join us as our next National Sales Manager. What You’ll Do

  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Build and implement targeted sales plans that drive revenue, expand market share, and strengthen Holstein Parts’ brand presence nationwide.
  • Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead qualification and forecasting to closing—and constantly refine your pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • New Business Cultivation: Proactively identify and pursue new accounts across the U.S. and Canada, leveraging market insights and consultative selling techniques.
  • Partner Collaboration: Coordinate with our network of independent manufacturer’s reps—providing guidance, sharing best practices, and aligning on goals to maximize coverage and performance.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity through regular market research. Translate insights into actionable opportunities.
  • Training & Enablement: Partner with our enablement team to design and deliver sales trainings, playbooks, and tools that elevate the entire organization’s selling capabilities.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales or account management, ideally supported by a formal sales training program (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, MEDDICC, etc.).
  • Sales Savvy: Skilled in sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and closing complex deals. You know how to ask the right questions, uncover needs, and position solutions effectively.
  • Hunter Mentality: You’re energized by prospecting, building new relationships, and turning cold leads into loyal customers.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional communicator who earns trust quickly—with customers, reps, and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Tech Fluent: Comfortable using Salesforce (or similar CRMs), MS Office/Excel, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
  • Willing to Travel: Up to 60% travel across the U.S. and Canada for on-site meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Valid driver’s license and U.S. passport required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field is desirable. However, significant relevant experience in sales management, particularly within the automotive aftermarket, can be considered in lieu of a formal educational degree.
  • Location: This position requires residence in or relocation to the state of Florida.
