Datadog, Inc. is hiring a Recruiter to shape the candidate experience and be the face of recruiting.

You will own end-to-end talent sourcing for open roles, screen candidates, and partner with leadership to streamline interviews. This role offers a hybrid work model, exposure to a fast-growing AI and observability platform, and opportunities to grow through internal mentorship and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experienced in full-lifecycle recruiting with 2–5 years in-house or agency.
• Proficient sourcing to identify top talent in competitive markets.
• Strong ability to sell value proposition and close candidates.

Responsibilities

• Find qualified talent via sourcing, posts, referrals, and agencies.
• Screen candidates to ensure qualifications align with roles.
• Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes.
• Ensure follow-up and closure for all interviewed candidates.
• Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates.
• Enhance recruitment processes through training interview teams.
• Use Greenhouse to track progress and keep data clean.
• Provide excellent candidate experience irrespective of outcome.
