Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Recruiter II for Technical Solutions in the Boston area. You will be the first point of contact for new candidates, shaping the candidate experience and representing the Datadog story.

As part of a hybrid team, you’ll partner with leaders to design efficient interview processes, surface top talent, and negotiate offers to bring great candidates on board. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships, ensuring timely updates, and driving a positive candidate
