Job summary

Projility Inc. is hiring a Technical Solutions Delivery Lead to own client-facing technology projects from planning through successful delivery. This role combines hands-on technical work with strong project management and client leadership.

You will lead multiple engagements, develop detailed schedules, coordinate technical consultants, and guide client discussions to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery and high client satisfaction. U.S.

Qualifications

5–10 years of technology consulting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven IT implementation and technology project leadership.
Strong client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

Own the successful delivery of client-facing technology projects.
Lead as Project Manager and delivery lead for multiple engagements.
Develop and manage detailed schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate and lead technical consultants assigned to projects.
Lead client meetings and project status reviews.
Identify and drive resolution of project and technical risks.
Ensure on-time, in-scope delivery with high client satisfaction.
Translate client requirements into actionable solutions.
Provide hands-on technical input when needed.
Assist with proposals, statements of work, estimates, and solution planning.
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships.
