Job summary

Next Level Solutions is seeking a Delivery Lead to guide end-to-end software implementation efforts in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget.

The role demands strong program management skills, experience with MS Project/JIRA/Azure DevOps, and a track record of mentoring teams. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with PMP/ACP/SAFe RTE beneficial.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex software projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• PMP, ACP, or SAFe RTE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted, long‑term relationships.
• Partner with internal leaders to align delivery objectives with business goals and ensure effective resource planning.
• Facilitate executive-level checkpoints to assess satisfaction, manage risks, and resolve escalations.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by championing innovation and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutioning teams to develop pricing and staffing models aligned with client and company goals.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and support account planning efforts.
